OCI Identity Federation with Azure: Resources section doesn't populate on Users and Groups (Doc ID 2800126.1)

Following documentation was used to federate OCI Identity with Azure:

In this setup, after completing the step of mapping 3 Azure groups to OCI group 'Administrators', 2 issues were noticed:

1. Following error is displayed:

"You don't have permission to view these resources. Contact your administrator for help."

2. After accessing the Azure federation in OCI Console > Identity > Federation, under Resources, neither 'Users' nor 'Groups' are populated.
