ACTUAL BEHAVIOR

After upgrading to 21C, onboarding checklists are going into a Suspended status after hiring an employee/pending worker.  This is preventing the new hire from accessing and completing the necessary onboarding tasks.


EXPECTED BEHAVIOR
-----------------------
The checklist should not be going into a Suspended status.

 

The following query can be run to verify the status of the checklist:

SELECT checklist_status
FROM PER_ALLOCATED_CHECKLISTS
WHERE person_id IN
(
SELECT person_id FROM per_all_people_f WHERE person_number='xxxxxxx'
);
