XLA_AE_HEADERS.GL_TRANSFER_DATE Is Not Generated for 0 Amount Transaction (Doc ID 2800321.1)

Symptoms

When user runs Create Accounting for 0 amount transaction,
XLA_AE_HEADERS.GL_TRANSFER_DATE is generated with NULL value.

This issue occurs when profile option XLA_SHOW_ZERO_AMT_JRNL is No.

  1. Set profile option XLA_SHOW_ZERO_AMT_JRNL with No
  2. Create 0 Amount transaction
  3. Run Create Accounting
    XLA_AE_HEADERS.GL_TRANSFER_DATE is generated with NULL value.
