Symptoms
ACTUAL BEHAVIOR
---------------
User has the CTe Number 1470173 stuck in the Interface Exceptions UI in the FDC with no information in the Ship-to Name field.
This means that the field Ship-to Taxpayer ID it is not being derived from the Suppliers Register (CNPJ)
ERROR

ERROR: The ship to information could not be derived based on ship to taxpayer ID
STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Import XML
2. Check manage interface exceptions
