Customer has multiple users reporting that they are getting error while attempting to login to Side panel
Error Message: "There is an issue communicating with Microsoft Service. Contact your help desk. (ZPS_365_5685096)
Steps to reproduce:
1. Open side panel > click Connect > Click Authorize > See error
