Symptoms

Starting Oracle Data Integrator (ODI) on Marketplace (MP) version 12.2.1.4.210517 and up to 12.2.1.4.211011, after an instance restart, the out-of-box Agent fails to test and connect to an Object Storage Data server with the following error:
