The Secondary Ledger Is not able in the Ledger LOV when setting up a TAX Book


EXPECTED BEHAVIOR

The Secondary Ledger Is able in the Ledger LOV when setting up a TAX Book

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Navigate to Setup and Maintenance
2. Search Manage Asset Books
3. Add a Tax Book
4.Click in Ledger LOV
