OAC: "Snapshot has been deleted" Error While Trying To Download A Snapshot After OAC Patching. (Doc ID 2800954.1)

Symptoms

After instance has been patched to latest version of OAC, and you try to download a newly created snapshot or an existing snapshot, you get error as below

"Snapshot 'xxxxxxxx' has been deleted.

Note that those old snapshots were downloaded successfully during the time they were created or when OAC hasn't been patched yet with OAC 6.x.
