Symptoms

Problem Description:

When attempting to load a learning record via HCM Data Loader (HDL), the following error is returned:

An error occurred. To review details of the error run the HCM Data Loader Error Analysis Report diagnostic test. 

Message details:
JBO-populateFusionLogicalRow()::oracle.jbo.JboException: JBO-getLearningRecordObject()::oracle.jbo.JboException: JBO-retrievePersonId()::Couldn't retrieve person details for PersonNumber = 12345. ::oracle.jbo.JboException: JBO-retrievePersonId()::Person is not active for PersonNumber = 12345: STRINGMANAGER: Key: 'retrievePersonId()::Person is not active for PersonNumber
