Symptoms
RESA SAIMPTLOGI fails with ORA-00001: unique constraint (RMS01.PK_SA_TRAN_DISC) violated.
While loading RTLOG files from production there are a lot of errors where the row mentioned is not representing the row in the file and no additional details are given.

STEPS

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Stage RTLOG into SFTP and initiate the transfer.
2. The cycle job is executed (saimptlogi is a part of it).
3. Observe the errors in the JOB_AUDIT_LOGS.
