How is the Hired Count from the job requisition calculated?

 

The 'Hired Count' can be found in both OTBI and BI Publisher:  

BI Publisher  
  • Table Name: IRC_REQUISITIONS_B  
  • Column Name: HIRED_COUNT

OTBI

  • Subject Area: Recruiting - Recruiting Real Time
  • Dimension/Folder: Job Requisition > Job Requisition - Basic Information
  • Column Name: Hired Count
