Goal
Why application allows to create and submit order when the item is inactive and the two flags are set to No (Customer Order, Customer Order Enabled flags), When user copy the order from existing order with all the attributes checked.
Steps: Open the order > Copy > Select all the attributes > Create and Edit.
The new sales order created would have the inactive item and user would be able to submit it successfully.
