Symptoms

500 Internal Server Error on the following REST API Request: onhandQuantityDetails

Unable to query any other lot controlled item, it produces the same results:

STEPS TO REPRODUCE
--------------------------
1. Run REST API onhandQuantityDetails to get details of item - lot

End Point: https://XXXXXXX.fa.us2.oraclecloud.com/fscmRestApi/resources/11.13.18.05/onhandQuantityDetails?q=ItemNumber="KK_FG_LOT_01";OrganizationCode="D4_KK_ORG";SubinventoryCode="RAW";LotNumber=PD1004

2. Error appears

Request should be successful and fetch the lot details of the item in the subinventory
