ACTUAL BEHAVIOR
---------------
Item was created by the host system through the API interface. And just after creating the item, customer attempted to delete it but the WMS shows the following error message:

ERROR
-----------------------

"Cannot delete item as it is used in the system".

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Responsibility: Oracle Warehouse on Cloud
2. Navigation Path: UIL > Items >
