Symptoms
Unable to use REST API to create Digital Item with base64 encoded string as the file.
We have to create an OIC integration that receives a file as a base64 encoded string. We want to add this file to the content repository as a new Digital Item.
The problem is that the API documentation at https://docs.oracle.com/en/cloud/paas/content-cloud/rest-api-manage-content/op-management-api-v1.1-items-post-2.html is not detailed enough to allow me to build the REST API request.
