Symptoms
Single administrator is locked due to multiple attempts to log with incorrect credentials. If you are not receiving the e-mail to change the password. Wait 10 minutes and try again:

Recovery for password message:
NOTE: If there's another Identity Domain Administrator available, the other administrator can unlock the locked user from the IDCS Admin Console
