Input Interface Error When ASN Qty Is Greater Than PO Qty (Doc ID 2802810.1)

Symptoms

Need create an ASN(Advanced Shipment Notice) via input interface with a quantity greater than the quantity of the PO(Purchase Order).

Inbound Shipment type(SR) configured with tolerance setup as required.

However, the processing via the interface has not respected this configuration, it only works by manually creating ASN.

On Input Interface with interface type = Inbound Shipment when run interface receive the following error: ASN Shipped qty greater than PO ordered qty. (PO 001, item 92, seq_nbr 1, ordered qty: 10.00, shipped qty 20. Unshipped qty: -10.00. (Seq nbr 1)

Is this a bug in 21C version, or some configuration improperly setup?
