Symptoms
On : 11.13.21.07.0 version, Security, Role and Reports
ACTUAL BEHAVIOR
User is able to view all the Report even after restricting in report level
EXPECTED BEHAVIOR
Unable to restrict user assigned with the customized role in Project Resources, to see only the Grants Awards Reports.
STEPS
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Manage project roles
Test Grants Participant - created from Project Team Member (DP Team Member from Enterprise role: Project Team member, sedeed role)
2. Manage Project Resources: Project number : NNN
Added Resource Jessica Barton, user name: UNN, Job : Research Technician, Department: DepTest,
with the role Test Grants Participant
3. Check the sedeed Report from folder : Shared Folders/Custom/Dashboards : Capital Dashboard
4. Create Expense item available.
Checked Expense Report : available for the user
