Error Processing Stock Count Files With Negative Values (Doc ID 2803097.1)

Symptoms

When uploading a second stock count file to correct the initial quantities integrated by the first file upload with one item with negative quantities the batch STOCKCOUNTPROCESS_JOB aborts with the error:

Stock count %s1 with process ID %s2 have invalid total quantity. Total quantity cannot have a negative value.

Steps to reproduce : 

1. Create one unit and amount stock count.
2. Import the file with results and process it.
3. Import a second file with one item with negative quantity to adjust the initial qty.
4. Notice the error after STOCKCOUNTPROCESS_JOB.
