Symptoms
On : 11.13.21.04.0 version, Talent Review
When attempting to complete talent review meeting by click on Submit,
the following error occurs.
ERROR

A connection to the server has failed. (status=504)
STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Navigate to Talent Review Meeting > Open talent Review Meeting
2. Click on submit > page remain stuck and triggers the below error
3. A connection to the server has failed. (status=504)
