Symptoms

Problem Description:

Questions from a Request More Information questionnaire are not respecting the configured sort order when they are presented to the candidate.

The Questionnaire sections are also not showing to group the questions.

When recruiters view the question responses and categories in the user interface (UI), the sort order is respected.
