Symptoms
Whenever user Create Pick Wave and Release, the following message displays even though Order is eligible for pick
Pick wave ## was released. Number of pick slips: 0. Number of picks: 0
STEPS TO REPRODUCE
--------------------
1. login to applications
2. goto Supplychain Execution->Inventory management
3. Task list->Create Pick Wave
4. Select the Rule and enter required details
5. Click on release Now
6. No Picks created
Note:
This issue also appears while Create Pick Wave using SOAP Webservice
EXPECTED BEHAVIOR
-----------------------
User should able to release pick Wave successfully and pick Wave should create with eligible quantity
