Item Product Restrictions Screen Does Not Allow Custom Codes (Doc ID 2804202.1)

The product restrictions available out of the box do not meet the complete functionality required.
There are additional codes that customer would like to add.
For example, upon adding a custom code to 'PRES' code type and selecting the code from the dropdown, there is a screen error that doesn't allow adding of items and locations. Can additional codes be added to the existing list?

"An error occurred in the Database due to an integrity constraint violation. Please contact System Administrator., Some error has occurred. Error received is : null. Please contact System Administrator."

Steps to reproduce:

1. Navigate to Tasks-> Foundation Data.
2. Upload Data-> Administration -> Codes and Description-> Add a custom code and description for 'PRES' code type.
3. Navigate to Tasks -> Items -> Product Restrictions -> Select the custom restriction code from the list.
4. Click on more actions -> Items.
5. Error shows up.
