[OSF] Missing Component - Footer In 'core-commerce-reference-store' Application Home Page (Doc ID 2804958.1)

Symptoms

After creating a workspace from accelerator template core-commerce-reference-store and starting the application locally,
when the user accesses the Home page they see at the bottom the following error and the page footer is not displayed:
