When Searching for Change Requests, User Sees Error Message "ORA-00918: Column Ambiguously Defined" (Doc ID 2805578.1)

When attempting to search for a created Engineering Change Request Id
the following error occurs.

ORA-00918: column ambiguously defined


STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Navigate to Product Management
2. Select Product Development
3. Click on Task panel
4. Select Create an ECR
5. After filling the details in ECR click on Save and Close
6. Click on Quick Search in the Task panel and search for the Created ECR and user is unable to find the ECR
7. Click on Task panel select the Manage Requests and search for the ECR created getting the error message "ORA-00918: column ambiguously defined"
