Symptoms

ON Fusion Applications 11.13.21.04.0 in Production SaaS Environment:

The following error is coming when the user is trying to run the report for a specific set of parameters. Due to this user is unable to run the report.

ERROR:
"Bad Request - Your browser sent a request that this server could not understand".

STEPS
1. log in to Fusion Applications
2. Select Report & analytics in the Navigator menu.
Navigator > Tools > Report & Analytics
3. Click on Browse Catalog.
4. Open the report and pass the following parameters.

Company – 14 and 95
Location – 0100 and 0900
Department – all starting with H
Account – all starting with 6 and 7
Start Date – 1/1/2021
End Date – 7/31/21


WHAT IS WORKING
The customer is able to run the other reports.

Oracle SaaS Environment
POD Name: eoeq
Type: Production
Release: 21B

BUSINESS IMPACT
Due to this issue, the user is not able to run the report in the production instance
