Symptoms

When users are viewing Meter Operational Dashboard, section VEE To-Dos by Exception Type the Pie Chart for the “Incomplete IMDs Drill-Down” system shows 2.397K entries, but when we drill down (click) on the section, it gives 0 records found.
It is creating confusion for the users.
