Symptoms

On : 11.13.21.04.0 version, Edit or View Project

Error while changing (end dating) the Project Manager on project ,  can't figure out why this is happening, as it didn't happen for any of the other projects with the same Project Manager.

ERROR

This resource assignment is overlapping an existing assignment for the same resource and role (PJT-2250201)

STEPS

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1.  Manage Project Financial Settings - Parties -   end date Project manager - error
