Symptoms

ACTUAL BEHAVIOR
---------------
 When the user selects a different language on the customer portal page the chat inlay is not being displayed in the new language. 

EXPECTED BEHAVIOR
-----------------------
Expect that the fields ( First, last name and e-mail) on the chat inlay will be displayed in the new language.

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Access the customer portal page.
2.  Change language to a different language  e.g. French
3. The chat inlay is not displayed all in french
