OAC: Catalog Unarchive Not Working And No Error Is Displayed

In Catalog link of OAC, trying to unarchive a catalog folder archive under shared folder in OAC results in a message saying: "The catalog unarchive request has been started, but it could take more than a few minutes. As a result it will be completed in the background." folder under "shared folders".
However, the expected folder never appears under 'Shared Folder' and no error or message explains why.
