Passport: Settings Page Only Partially Loads and Becomes Unresponsive (Doc ID 2808464.1)

A screening service's settings page only partially loads in Recruiting Administration, the page loads as far as the top of the Input Fields section and then stops.  The page then becomes unresponsive, including the breadcrumb trail at the top.


  1. Log into or access the zone.
  2. Configuration > Taleo Recruiting Administration
  3. Under Integration, click on Screening Services
  4. Click on the relevant service to open its settings page.
