Parcel Manifest Status "Close Manifest In Progress" -Error ORA-00001: unique constraint (Doc ID 2808991.1)

Symptoms


Parcel Manifests Stuck in "Close Manifest In Progress" Status.

There are some parcel manifests stuck in "Close Manifest In Progress" status in WMS Production instance.
Have physically shipped product.
WMS application is not updated to complete the process.

Need to close manifest and have corresponding messages sent to other system.
  Inventory history message sent.



ERROR

Error ORA-00001: unique constraint (ADMIN.PARCEL_SHIPMENT_DTL_UKEY) violated



STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be observed at:
1. Navigate  to User Interface (UI): Parcel Manifests.
2. Find status: Close Manifest in Progress.
3. Highlight row, select action Manifest Logs.
    See Description: Exceptions found during close manifest, Error ORA-00001: unique constraint (ADMIN.PARCEL_SHIPMENT_DTL_UKEY) violated.
