Symptoms
Invoice calculated as exclusive with tax rate of inclusive tax rates
STEPS

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1.Validate the invoice and calculate Tax.
2. Click on manage tax details in the invoice and Uncheck the Inclusive save
3. Calculate tax.
