Inventory Transactions stuck in 'Ready to be Processed' Status
EXPECTED BEHAVIOR
-----------------------
"Manage Inventory Transactions" ESS job should pick up the record and process inventory transactions.
STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Navigate to Manage Pending Transactions
2. Search for Records in Status: Ready to be Processed.
3. There are over 6000 records.
BUSINESS IMPACT
-----------------------
Customer is unable to process the inventory transactions.
