Symptoms
PO induction upload fails with "Record already exists in the staging table for this order number, item, location type, location, delivery date etc" error.
Steps to Reproduce:
--------------------
1. Set Mandatory flag to N for delivery date in s9t_template_cols_def table.
2. Upload a PO template for modifying the PO. The upload is processed successfully
3. Upload the PO template for modifying the PO again. Note it fails with the below error.
0DUP_REC_EXISTS@1order number, item, location type, location, delivery date, processing type, processing warehouse and allocation number@2SVC_ORDDETAIL
