ACTUAL BEHAVIOR

Issue extracting Resource name field from "Project Costs - Actual Cost Real Time" Subject area .
 When we include resource name filed, there are certain records which are being skipped from the output.


EXPECTED BEHAVIOR

When we include resource name filed, all the records should be shown on the report output.

STEPS

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. We've a OTBI report built using "Project Costs - Actual Cost Real Time" Subject area. But when we include resource name filed, there are certain records which are being skipped from the output.

e.g. project# NNNN has a total cost of 12553959.63, but the detail report does not extract all the cost lines when we include resource name as one of the extract fields.
