FA: SCM: PD - Unable to Access Configured Reports Window for Items (Doc ID 2812194.1)

Symptoms

ACTUAL BEHAVIOR
---------------
For Items/structures With More Than 500 Components, Can't access the page through the view report link

EXPECTED BEHAVIOR
-----------------------
Expect the Configured Reports page to open for all Items

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Enable new feature USE A SINGLE DIALOG TO PUBLISH AND VIEW REPORTS
2. PD > Query Problem Item
Actions > View Reports > Configured Reports UI does NOT open.
Browser refreshes and comes back to Item UI.
