Symptoms
On : 11.13.21.07.0 version, Manage Contract Revenue
Period close issue for revenue accounting
ERROR
"You can't delete this event because it was already processed for invoices or revenue. (PJB-2190008)
You can't delete an event which has billing transactions or invoice and revenue distributions. You must either update the event amount to zero or place the event on invoice and revenue hold."
STEPS
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Close Periods: Events with zero amount are stuck in period closing.
