ACTUAL BEHAVIOR

Trying to apply the target on worksheet is not saving the % change on the worksheet.

EXPECTED BEHAVIOR

Trying to apply the target on worksheet should save the % change on the worksheet.

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Navigate to Compensation Worksheet.
2. Apply targets.
