On : 11.13.21.04.0 version, Manage Contract

ACTUAL BEHAVIOR

1 cent backlog in contract - revenue amount and funded amount not matching

EXPECTED BEHAVIOR

Contract - revenue amount and funded amount should be matching

STEPS

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:

The user needs help with clearing 1 cent of backlog on contracts that ended .
The user tried to follow the standard procedure to match the budget with the actual costs to the 3rd digit but still unable to recognize $ 0.01 as revenue for contract close out.

1. Ran UPDATE PROJECT PERFOMANCE
2. Ran UPDATE CONTRACT PERFORMANCE


The issue is still in place.
