ACTUAL BEHAVIOR

When using Global temporary tables in APEX application, inconsistent results are returned.
EXPECTED BEHAVIOR

Results should be the same every time the application is run.
STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Run application that uses Global temporary tables.
2. Click the submit button.
3. Results sometimes take a few clicks to appear.
