Goal

Issue – Unable to change label name Who can see my feedback for the Performance Goals Notes section

The Notes section has been enabled for Performance Goals from HCM Design Studio. The label name displayed on the Notes section is "Who can see my feedback" instead it should display "Who can see my note".

Please provide required EL Expression to achieve the same.
