Goal

we created a sales agreement in enterprise contracts and provided agreed amount.Later we created a Sales order by referring sales agreement.
After crossing the agreed amount(specified on Agreement) as well we can refer the same agreement and process the Orders.

The system should not let the Sales order be created if the Agreed amount is crossed (higher than the one on the contract)
