Symptoms
Costed BOM Transaction Sample OTBI report,
does not show all the sub-assemblies and components.
From the report only the BOM Level 1 items are reported.
EXPECTED BEHAVIOR

All items and assemblies in the final assembly for cost roll up will be displayed.
STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Navigate to Reports and Analytics
2. Click Manage Catalog
3. Navigate to Supply Chain Management > Cost Management > Transactional Analysis Samples > Costed BOM)
4. Provide the parameters and run the report.
5. Extract the output in excel.
6. See only a few rows (mostly BOM Level value 1 components are displayed).

Due to this issue, users cannot see all the assemblies and components rolling up to the cost of the final assembly.
