ReIM Resolve Discrepancies Screen Is Blank (Doc ID 2814518.1)

When trying to resolve a discrepancy for invoices or credit notes, the resolve pop-up screen shows nothing

Steps To Recreate:
1.Navigate to Summary Match screen, search for an invoice and receipt that do not match.
2.Try to resolve the discrepancy by clicking the Resolve button.
3.Notice that the pop up screen is just blank showing no options.
