Symptoms

Actual Behavior
Charge Name LOV is empty when entering Price Adjustments

Expected Behavior
Charge Name LOV lists values when entering Price Adjustments

Steps to Reproduce

  1. Order Management > Order Management > Create Order
  2. Enter header
  3. Add line
  4. Click "Update Lines" button
  5. Select "Price Adjustments" as Attribute to update and click Next
  6. Click "Add Price Adjustments"
  7. Charge Name LOV is empty
