ExaCS UI console Not Reflecting Correct Patch Levels And DB Homes (Doc ID 2814835.1)

ExaCS UI console not reflecting correct patch levels and DB Homes and eventually missing dbhomes after precheck 

Customer patched and created new homes via the dbaascli on this cluster and it is not reflected in the OCI GUI.

Current GI patch level is 19.12.0.0 (July 2021 PSU), but the OCI GUI shows 19.10.0.0.0
There are six DB Homes but three of them are not displaying in the OCI GUI.
