FA: SCM: OM: Unable To Add Customer Item To Sales Order (Doc ID 2815434.1)

Symptoms

An Inventory Item XXX has a relationship with Trading Partner Item YYY. When creating a new order, the Trading Partner item YYY is not being recognized. However, system allows adding Inventory Item XXX.

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:

1. Log into Fusion Order Management.
2. Click on Create Order.
3. Enter all of the necessary header information.
4. Go to the line level and search for the item YYY which returns no result and no error is triggered.
