Symptoms

 Financial Orchestration does not process certain events. The below error seen on the Monitor Financial Orchestration Execution UI

"Service OrchestrationAMImpl.executeTasks request failed due to an application error. (FOS-3465059)"

The additional information field shows "JBO-FND:::FND_CMN_SYS_ERR: FND-2"
