Symptoms
When attempting to submit a resignation,
the following error occurs.

STEPS
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. From navigator, select Submit Resignation.
2. Fill the resignation request: When and Why, Resignation Date
3. Resignation Info, click continue button.
4. Fill Comments and add the attachment
5. When employee is trying to submit he is getting the error.
